FOURSIDE SHEET METAL BENDING (Baking pan type)

The machine can be equipped with the device which, with low additional costs, eliminates the costs of buying an expensive segmental bar folder. There are two elements which raises the upper beam to the arbitrary height (but not higher than 90 mm). For example, you have to bend a 500 mm x 500 mm x 50 mm (height) sheet metal from four sides. To do so, you have to raise the holding-down beam to the level of 50 mm (you can use scales) and fix the beam at the proper level.  The sheet metal should be incised at the angles.  Next, you should make or buy a 50 (height) mm x 500 (length) mm profile (instead of metal block you can use a wooden one).  The time for switching is similar to the time which is needed for switching in the segmental bar folder.  You should remember that the pressing force should be balanced and therefore you should put 50mm-high blocks next to the leading columns.  The machine is now prepared to bend a box (baking pan).   Maximum dimensions which can be achieved while making a box corresponds to working length of particular bending machine and maximum height[...]

PEDALS (Closing / opening with foot)

They are useful for roofers who work alone. When the roofer uses pedals he/she does not have to stop the work and walk to the closing handles to open the machine because he/she can do it with foot.  When one presses down the sheet metal with pedals he/she does not let go of the sheet metal and this influences the accuracy of bending and cutting and shortens the time of the work.  Pedals work simultaneously with the side handles which means that if one presses down the holding-down beam with the pedals he/she can lift it with the handles and the other way round.  The roofer can lift the holding-down beam only to the height of 15 mm, if this height is too small there is a possibility to use side handles which raise the beam to the height of 90 mm. FRONT LIMITERS (Striped cutting)

They are used for sheet metal striped cutting.  The range of the cutting is between 0 mm and 400 mm. There is a possibility to produce longer limiters upon customer's request.  The limiters are equipped with the wind-up measuring tape which can be easily changed when used up.  In case when the cut sheet metal is narrower than the span of the front limiters, the profile which is equipped with the limiters should be used. The profile should be put on the protruding, pulling out pins. The magnet which are put into limiters should hold the profile still. One can also put pins into the holes of the profile. NKS-1,25 SOREX SLITTER KNIFE

It allows cutting sheet metal on the machine. The corpus of the knife is made of steel, covered with dry power laquer, other elements are covered with zinc. The cutting rollers are made of high-alloy steel which allows for the longlasting and exact cutting (There is a possibility of multiple sharpening of the cutting rollers). The knife is equipped with the number of possible adjustments which allow for the correction of the trajectory and the position of cutting rollers in relation to the cut sheet metal.
